One of things I like about England is the food (my French family and friends will not take this personal) – I love exploring new dishes and I always go for the unknown.
This time, at a lunch in the South, I went with friends in a place called The Stabble.
A cozy, laid-back place where you can sit for hours, not far from the seaside.
Here I was to have one of my biggest culinary surprise – the Stabble’s special desert.
Actually a fresh pizza with lashings of delicious lemon curd, crunchy meringue pieces and fresh raspberry purée, as said in the menu.
Pure delight – and simple and excellent idea to recreate home.
